Kerry Furrer
Kerry has always had a keen interest and passion for fitness, competing in many triathlons and half marathons whilst always incorporating Pilates into her regime. The benefits and improvements she gained through Pilates inspired her to have a career change many years ago into teaching Clinical Pilates. Kerry completed her Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy & became a member of the PAA. This enabled Kerry to transfer her passion for helping people into results of increased strength and movement through the Pilates repertoire.
Kerry worked between four busy Physiotherapy and Pilates practices to complete her training, giving her experiences with a wide range of client’s injuries and conditions. Her attendtion to detail enables her to understand the client’s needs, ensuring they get the best out of their class. Kerry is very enthusiastic about helping her clients to gain a better understanding of thier bodies and is experienced in working with pre-natal clients, post-natal clients, strong bones and balance classes as well as many chronic conditions. When she is not in the studio, Kerry enjoys cooking up a storm for her family and enjoying the great outdoors.
