Aakriti Dhakal
Meet Aakriti, a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy since 2017. With extensive experience in hospitals and aged care facilities, Aakriti has developed a deep understanding of how underlying health conditions can influence musculoskeletal injuries. Her primary focus is on musculoskeletal health, with a special interest in Shoulder and lower back pathologies.
Aakriti is a qualified GEMt Dry Needling practitioner and is continually expanding her knowledge in finding the most effective techniques to treat her patients. She will be pursuing further education in women’s health pathologies and enhancing her skills in manual therapy techniques, including ConnectTherapy and Muscle Energy Techniques. Additionally, Aakriti is passionate about teaching Clinical Pilates to help clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness. She is in the process of obtaining certification from the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to offer specialized Pilates instruction.
Outside of the clinic, Aakriti enjoys exploring new destinations, indulging in culinary experiences, and embarking on outdoor adventures. With a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, she approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. Fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, Aakriti is dedicated to providing personalized care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.
