SAP Classes

A small section on SAP classes should be enough as it is for introductory purposes.

Small Apparatus Pilates class (SAP) will be run by Julie in our Mat Studio with a maximum of 3 participants per class. This class features exercises using equipment such as the Spine corrector, Combo chair, Gym Ball, Oov and Magic Circle.
