With over 20 years of experience in the health industry, Sally is passionate about helping people recover from injury, improve performance, and return to the activities they enjoy. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy (2009) and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science degrees, and have undertaken extensive postgraduate training including Polestar Pilates Instructor certification, GEMt Dry Needling (currently contracted for demonstrator work on GEMt courses), Muscle Energy Techniques, ConnectTherapyTM, and the Dean Watson Headache Approach.
She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in sports injuries, shoulder rehabilitation, and foot/ankle conditions. Her approach combines evidence-based practice with personalised care to help each patient achieve their individual goals.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys weight training and watching sport, especially the NRL.
