Throughout her career as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and a Clinical Pilates instructor, she has had the privilege of helping people move with greater ease, confidence and freedom. Working in both the UK and Australia has given her the opportunity to support people from all walks of life, each with their own unique goals and challenges.
Whilst her background is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, her true area of expertise and passion is Clinical Pilates. She loves finding the right movement solution for every individual. Whether she’s helping someone recover after injury or surgery, manage persistent pain, or improve their performance in sport or leisure activities, her goal is always the same – to help people move in the best way their body is capable of.
She enjoys combining clinical knowledge, movement analysis and creativity to develop personalised Pilates programmes that are both effective and enjoyable. Seeing clients regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they love is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Outside the studio, she enjoys exploring meditation and wellbeing practices. She’s naturally curious and love learning about a wide range of approaches from evidence based mindfulness techniques to more traditional and contemplative forms of meditation. That same curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning continues to shape the way she support her clients every day.
